Do not take meals in a large portion. Rather, have meals in small portion like 4 to 5 times in a day. You can have red meat once in a week followed by healthy lunch the next day. This type of balance in the meal will keep you healthy and fit. Chew your food very well so that the food is properly digested and that is good for the body.

You cannot cut down the sugar at one go, so slowly reduce the quantity. You should include oatmeal, nuts, carrots, wheat cereals and start your day. It keeps you fit, active and mentally strong. It also helps you lose weight. Good carbs include fruits, vegetables, beans that digest slowly and make you feel fuller.
